- 1,25 kg clams
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Directions:
- Put olive oil in a frying pan.
- Chop the onion and cook in the pan around 5 min.
- Clean the clams and add into the pan.
- Cover and stir occasionally.
- Chop the garlic and parsley, add and stir.
- Add the white wine and the bay leaf.
- Let reduce it.
