Ingredients:
- Clams
- Garlic
- Parsley
- White wine
- Salt
- 1 onion
- Olive oil
Directions:
- Put the clams in a big pot with cold salt-water. Let rest 1 hour.
- Change the water and let rest another hour.
- Peel and chop the onion.
- Heat a saucepan with oil and sauté until the onion is tender.
- Then, drain and add the clams.
- Also, add the chooped garlic, chopped parsley and the wine.
- Mix well and cover for 2 minutes (until the clams open).
