Cucumber and grapefruit smoothie


Ingredients:
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup of grapefruit 
  • 1/2 cup of coconut water 
  • 1/4 cucumber 
  • 1 teaspoon of sunflower seeds
      Directions:
      1. Chop the grapefruit and cucumber.
      2. Add all the ingredients to the blender.
      3. Blend all the ingredients until the mixture becomes smooth (around 1-2 minutes).
      4. Once the smoothie is ready, pour it into a glass and drink it right away. 
      5. Alternatively, if you want to drink it later in the day, pour the smoothie into a sealable flasks, then place in the refrigerator.

                Mango and Orange Smoothie


                Ingredients:
                • 2 ice cubes
                • 1/2 cup of mango chunks
                • 1 orange
                • 1/2 cup of coconut water 
                • 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds
                    Directions:
                    1. Chop the mango.
                    2. Peel and chop the orange.
                    3. Add all the ingredients to the blender.
                    4. Blend all the ingredients until the mixture becomes smooth (around 1-2 minutes).
                    5. Once the smoothie is ready, pour it into a glass and drink it right away. 
                    6. Alternatively, if you want to drink it later in the day, pour the smoothie into a sealable flasks, then place in the refrigerator.

                              Watermelon and papaya smoothie

                              Ingredients:
                              • 2 ice cubes
                              • 1/2 cup de papaya
                              • 1/2 cup of watermelon
                              • 1/2 cup of coconut water

                                  1. Peel and chop the papaya and watermelon.
                                  2. Add all the ingredients to the blender.

                                            Green smoothie

                                            • 1 teaspoon of flax seeds
                                            • 1 teaspoon of green tea powder
                                              Directions:
                                              1. Remove the stalks and chop the kale.
                                              2. Remove the core and chop the pear.
                                              3. Add all the ingredients to the blender.
                                              4. Blend all the ingredients until the mixture becomes smooth (around 1-2 minutes).
                                              5. Once the smoothie is ready, pour it into a glass and drink it right away.

                                                        Apple, carrot and lime smoothie


                                                        Ingredients:
                                                        • 2 ice cubes
                                                        • 1 large carrot 
                                                        • 1/2 large green apple 
                                                        • 1/2 cup of coconut water
                                                        • Juice from ½ a lime
                                                          Directions:
                                                          1. Chop the carrot.
                                                          2. Remove the core and dice the apple into chunks.
                                                          3. Add all the ingredients to the blender.
                                                          4. Blend all the ingredients until the mixture becomes smooth (around 1-2 minutes).
                                                          5. Once the smoothie is ready, pour it into a glass and drink it right away.

                                                          Spinach and pineapple smoothie


                                                          Ingredients:
                                                          • 2 ice cubes
                                                          • 1 cups of spinach
                                                          • 1/2 cup of coconut water
                                                          • 1/2 cup of pineapple chunks
                                                          • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
                                                          Directions:
                                                          1. Add all the ingredients to the blender.
                                                          2. Blend all the ingredients until the mixture becomes smooth (around 1-2 minutes).
                                                          3. Once the smoothie is ready, pour it into a glass and drink it right away. 
                                                          4. Alternatively, if you want to drink it later in the day, pour the smoothie into a sealable flasks, then place in the refrigerator.

                                                          Chocolate ice cream


                                                          Ingredients:

                                                          • 600ml milk
                                                          • 175g sugar
                                                          • 6 egg yolks
                                                          • 75g de dark chocolate


                                                          Preparation:

                                                          1. Beat the sugar with the egg yolks in a bowl until pale and thick.
                                                          2. Place the chocolate and milk into the pan and heat gently, bring to boil and remove from the heat.
                                                          3. Pour on the eggs and sugar and stir constantly. And strain back into the pan.
                                                          4. Heat while stir until thickens. Don't boil.
                                                          5. Then, pour into the large bowl and chill. Stir occasionally.
                                                          6. Pour into other bowl, and stir well the mixture and refrigerate (overnight).
                                                          7. When it is cold, place in the freeze and mix it every 30 minutes until it is completely frozen.
