Clams a la mariniere


Ingredients:

  • 1,25 kg clams
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil


Directions:

  1. Put olive oil in a frying pan.
  2. Chop the onion and cook in the pan around 5 min.
  3. Clean the clams and add into the pan. 
  4. Cover and stir occasionally.
  5. Chop the garlic and parsley, add and stir.
  6. Add the white wine and the bay leaf.
  7. Let reduce it.
